The studio is purpose-built for high performance and consistency. Modifying or moving it may compromise quality, disrupt workflow, and void your warranty. It’s designed to stay fixed in one optimal spot on your sit/stand desk, requiring no extra floorspace. If you no longer need your existing gear, consider repurposing it for portable shoots or selling it, as the studio includes everything you need.

Recording with the Desktop Video Studio is as simple as using a webcam. Videos are saved directly to your hard drive or a cloud app like Vidyard for tasks such as sales emails, screen recordings, or market updates.

The teleprompter and real-time feedback features let you deliver polished performances without the hassle of learning complex editing software. If needed, upload your videos to us for editing—whether it’s adding graphics, slides, images, animations, or trimming the start and finish.

No, editing software isn’t required to produce your videos. Once your video is ready, you can send it to us for assistance, or we can coach you to edit your videos yourself.

For basic editing, free or affordable tools and apps provide pre-made templates, stock images, and video clips. Many smartphones also include built-in editing features for trimming, transitions, and lighting adjustments.

For advanced features like effects and filters, paid apps or professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Veed are excellent choices. Free open-source editing tools are also available for those on a budget.

We can recommend a tool that fits your needs and enhances your workflow.

In specific cases—such as for experienced video marketers, presenters, editors, or producers—you may qualify for an equipment-only package or opt for options that include coaching and editing services.

For those new to video, we recommend full support packages. Most clients find value in our onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration and unlocking long-term opportunities with video content.

The Desktop Studio requires a sturdy sit or stand desk with at least 7cm of clamp space. If unavailable, drilling through the desk surface is an alternative.

This plug-and-play solution is compatible with macOS and Windows computers (less than 5 years old) and connects via USB2/C. It functions as a webcam and mic in apps like Zoom for superior video conferencing.

The teleprompter connects with the supplied HDMI/USBC cable as an extended monitor. If your computer cannot support an additional display with multiple screens, we prioritise the teleprompter during installation. Our fact-finding process ensures compatibility and a smooth setup in advance.

A professional video technician will deliver and set up your Desktop Studio anywhere in Australia (additional fees may apply). International shipping is available. Delivery takes 3 weeks from payment verification, with priority installation available for an extra charge. Setup, including equipment training, takes approximately 2.5 hours.

The studio includes a 12-month warranty for defective equipment (excluding damage or misuse). Defects must be reported within the warranty period, and issues will be assessed virtually to determine repair or replacement.
