It clamps onto the desk you already work at and takes no floor space. Around 3 x 3 metres is comfortable, and we have installed into rooms 1.2 metres wide. Choosing the room
I'm not in Sydney. Who installs it?
A video technician, at your desk. Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide are routine, and there is no site visit to arrange first: we check the room from your photos and measurements, then send a video report back for you to approve before the studio is built. What install involves
What if I freeze the second it's on?
Send us the take. It goes over on WhatsApp and comes back as a voice note telling you what to change, so a shaky first attempt gets fixed rather than quietly putting you off video for a month. Support between sessions
Can other people in the business use it?
Yes. On a sit-stand desk the next person changes their framing by raising the desk, without touching the camera or the lights. Teams usually train one person to run it, so everyone else walks in, talks and walks out. Rolling it out across a team
What can I add once I'm up and running?
A second camera and switcher, the PodcasterPro microphone setup, backdrop sets. The system is modular, so an upgrade adds to the studio you already own. The standard build already covers solo video, webinars and calls. Adding to it later
Who looks after it once it's in?
We do. Twelve months of warranty from install, and after that it stays serviceable: parts are modular, so a component gets replaced rather than the studio rebuilt. It is expected to run 10 to 15 years. Warranty and servicing
